I’m happy to report I just completed the 5-day course Modern Project Management, from António Soares Miguel, PhD, PMP, at Galileu / Rumos, in Lisbon.
In this training, exclusive to employees of the National Security Cabinet of Portugal and National Cybersecurity Centre of Portugal, we learned the theory of project management and we also practiced using Microsoft Project.

It was with pride that today I received, alongside my colleagues from the IT teams at the National Security Cabinet of Portugal and the National Cybersecurity Centre of Portugal, a collective Commendation, from the General Director, the Rear Admiral António José Gameiro Marques, recognizing our dedication and team work, with helped us to keep the IT infrastrucute fully online and operational, during the recent full blackout in Portugal and Spain.
